Call Topic
The objective of this call was to provide information about the structure, process and activities of advisory boards and other mechanisms to garner stakeholder input and buy-in to the ADRC initiative.
Questions addressed during the call included the following:
- For advisory boards: How many members? What is the composition? How often do you meet? Who sets the agenda for the meetings?
- Are there other mechanisms you use to solicit stakeholder input? (e.g., subcommittess, specialized membership (consumers only, or employees only)
- Describe a particularly successful strategy for meaningful input of advisory board members.
- Identify a valuable insight or direction the advisory board provided.
