Home-Based Interventions - ADSSP
There are a variety of home-based interventions used with older adults, veterans, and persons with cognitive and physical disabilities. Effective interventions and tools used by states include environmental adaptation, caregiver skill building, behavior management, and consumer-directed companion services.
We invite you to explore the resources on this page about home-based interventions. We also encourage you to access the
peer-to-peer exchange if you would like to post a question or comment for response from other website users.
