From December 2011 through February 2012, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) hosted the second installment of a training series for select Aging Network Sites in the mid to late stages of VD-HCBS development/implementation. Each training is tailored to a specific topic within VD-HCBS. The topics include: Planning & Development; Identifying Your VD-HCBS Business Model; Finalizing Your VD-HCBS Provider Agreement; FMS Strategy and Readiness Review; VD-HCBS Flowchart Session; Person Centered Planning and Developing a Veteran Directed Budget; Identifying Your VD-HCBS Business Model Part II; Billing & Invoicing; Completing Your VD-HCBS Program Readiness Review; Cash Flow Management & Accounts Receivable; Quality Assurance Monitoring; and Data, Performance, and Outcomes.
