DC Enhanced Match Advance Planning Document for Case Management MIS

This document is a request to receive an enhanced match rate for DC to add a LTC case management IT systems as a module of its MMIS. CMS approved this APD and it can serve as a model for other states seeking higher administrative match rates to cover the costs of building LTC IT systems. The document also provides a workplan and budget for implementing the system.
